Fractional growth leadership, automation and systems, and a decade of building tech ventures, from a game studio to web3.

Fractional · in a client's words

Growth & systems

I initially connected with Saba for a branding project when I was launching my Savoir Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan, and what started as one project evolved into a close working relationship, with Saba taking on the role of Fractional Chief Growth Officer.

Saba is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic in her approach. She played a key role in streamlining my clinical documentation, optimizing my daily workflows, and bringing structure to my growing business.

Beyond execution, she also helped shape ideas, refine strategies, and turn concepts into actionable plans. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on organization has made a real difference in how efficiently I operate.

It's been a pleasure working with her, and I truly value the contribution she's made to my business.

The Stories Studio

I co-founded The Stories Studio in Bahrain to make games about real-world issues: refugees, ocean plastic, mental health, negativity. A share of game revenue went to the causes the games addressed.

We were part of the first Flat6Labs Bahrain cycle, took our games to Comic Con, BITEX and IGN Convention, and in 2019 I travelled to Tokyo with the Bahrain team for the Tokyo Game Show, where we signed a deal with a Korean publisher for Path Home. We also worked with Boss Bunny, a publisher based in the UAE, and shipped two mobile games with them.

5,555 fluffy 3D collectibles on Ethereum, made as a family-friendly first NFT, and built with more innovation than most projects that minted out.

Charity in the contract

3% of every mint went to three charities automatically, through the smart contract, via The Giving Block.

Naming on chain

Holders used our token to name their FuZZieMiNT, which levelled it up, a family activity with real web3 utility.

$FZBT utility token

A token on Polygon that every fuzzie earned passively each day, named by our earliest supporters.

Royalties to holders

We shared royalties with our first 100 holders, and ran levels, rankings and our own marketplace.

The one I'm finishing
Musa– A Brother's Story

A refugee story told as a game.

Musa has been with me longer than almost anything else I've made. It started as a game about two brothers who lose their home, and somewhere along the way it became part of my own story: my son carries its name. Some projects you finish because you should. This one I'm finishing because I need to.

Anything that I wanted to do in life, I've always wanted to make it bigger.Bahrain EDB feature, 2020 ↗
